Richard Milling, Managing Director Richard joined Agronaturalis in 2009 after spending 20 years with multi-national agrochemical companies in the UK, Germany and France. A PhD plant biochemist by training, Richard began his career in fungicide research before moving into the commercial field in global and European marketing positions. In Agronaturalis, working together with a close team of highly experienced colleagues, it has been a real achievement to make a success of Armicarb with our partners in Europe and now further afield. And as part of the De Sangosse family, we look forward to exciting new opportunities with our rich pipeline of projects for the future.
After several senior management positions over a 15-year period, across a range of industries, Tom founded an award-winning accountancy practice in 2002, which specialized in SME start-up's. Tom joined the board of Agronaturalis in 2011. Fun fact: Tom speaks fluent German, is learning Spanish and loves skiing.
John has led several international business strategy projects in companies in the agrochemical industry. He also brings over 10 years as a professional linked to the development and sales of plant protection products in different positions in the international sales area. He has a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, along with a MBA. Joined Agronaturalis in 2023.
Qualified chartered accountant with a BA (Hons) in accounting from Portsmouth University. Worked in practice with a variety of audit and accountancy clients for 17 years and latterly in corporate finance. Worked for the NHS and some charities for 13 years. Joined Agronaturalis in 2022.
Sally is a graduate of Bournemouth University, where she studied Accounting and Finance. Since then, Sally has worked across a variety of sectors - from corporate to education - gaining a broad range of accounting experience and enjoying the chance to collaborate with many different teams. When Sally is not at work, you’ll probably find her at a football game, cheering enthusiastically for her three children - and occasionally trying to keep up with their energy! Joined Agronaturalis in 2025.
30 years' experience in S&OP management & project management in agrochemicals, fine chemicals and cosmetics sectors. Since 2017 Andy has been providing supply chain, operations & project services to Agronaturalis.
Liz has 9 years' experience procuring both commodity & specialty chemicals from around the world and across a variety of industries. 7 years at Monarch Chemicals Ltd as Buyer / Product Manager and 2 years at BBI Solutions as the Biologicals Procurement Specialist. Joined Agronaturalis in 2023.
Graduated with a master's degree in crop protection and agronomy, Laurence worked in consultancy companies as an efficacy specialist for several years, before joining Sumitomo Chemical Agro Europe, working mainly on the development of new fungicides. Until recently, Laurence was Development Group Leader of the efficacy team for all R&D activities. She joined Agronaturalis in 2023.
Director of independent consultancy company, DEVREG CONSULTA SLU, specialized in development and registration of plant protection products, fertilizers and biocides in Europe. Agronomist specialized in plant protection at the University of Lleida, Faculty of Agronomy. More than 30 years of experience as independent consultant, either in industry or official services for development and registration of plant protection products, including implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Integrated Crop/Pest Control (IPM/ICM) standards.
Alia holds an MBA from the University of Greenwich and began her career in the chemical industry within the sales department at Monarch Chemicals. She quickly progressed into procurement and product management, where she specialized in managing commodity chemicals and building strong supplier relationships. In 2025, she joined Agronaturalis, bringing her expertise, commercial insight, and well-established industry network to the team.
